At your wedding, the cake is one of the main focal points. It’s perhaps the first thing that your guests would look at when entering the reception room and the last thing they taste that night so it’s crucial to make an excellent impression. At Jip’s Cakes, we only use the finest quality ingredients to ensure that every cake really does taste as divine as it looks. Our cakes never fail to impress those who get to taste them.

Explore our wonderful variety of flavours and fillings. We are open to mix and match ideas (For multi-tiered cakes, each tier could be a different flavour)

Vanilla Raspberry
Moist and melt in your mouth vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve

Chocolate
Unique light and rich Chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream (our chocolate cake never disappoints!)

Zesty lemon
Lemon sponge filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd

Coconut Lime
Well balanced coconut and lime sponge filled with coconut buttercream and key lime curd

Carrot Cinnamon
Moist carrot sponge with some raisins (for a wonderful texture) filled with cinnamon buttercream

Red Velvet Salted Caramel
Light and fluffy red velvet sponge filled with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel sauce

Blueberry White Chocolate
Light sponge with blueberries and small chunks of white chocolate filled with white chocolate buttercream and blueberry jam

Traditional Fruit Cake
Traditional dense fruit cake packed with brandy-soaked dried fruits and a beautiful blend of spices. Baked 6 weeks before the wedding ensures that there is time to feed it with brandy, and for it to have time to mature

All of our sponge cakes are 4.5” tall - 4 layers of sponge filled with either buttercream, jam or curd. The cakes are coated with dark or white chocolate ganache (the combination of fine chocolate and whipping cream) before covering them with rolled icing. If you do not wish to have chocolate ganache on your cake, we can use buttercream to coat the cake for you.
